Step 1
Welcome Mat Properties will visit your home and evaluate what is needed to realize top dollar at the time of sale. We will then put a full budget spreadsheet together and share it with you.
Step 2
We will then agree to a pre-renovation baseline purchase price and enter into an agreement where we will front the renovation cost, perform all renovations, then list your renovated home for sale.
Step 3
At closing, you receive the agreed upon pre-renovation sales price AND you get additional money based on the new, top of market sales price. You don't have to raise a finger doing renovations BUT you still get to realize the higher profit of a fully renovated home.
